The war to save the free world has a price tag — and it’s called inflation!
From $121 per ounce to approximately $54, the metal has suffered a staggering 55% collapse.
Nearly $67 per ounce has evaporated, leaving investors wondering how an asset with such powerful monetary and industrial fundamentals could experience such extraordinary destruction.
I BELIEVE THE ANSWER IS GEOPOLITICAL — AND THE IMPLICATIONS ARE ENORMOUS!

Since February, the world has been confronting a threat far greater than inflation, stock-market volatility, or the price of precious metals: the possibility of a nuclear-armed Iranian regime capable of holding the Middle East, Europe, and eventually the United States hostage.
For decades, Tehran’s leadership has combined revolutionary ideology, regional military networks, ballistic-missile development, and nuclear ambitions into a strategy of confrontation with the West.
The danger is not simply that Iran might acquire nuclear weapons. It is that nuclear capabilities could dramatically increase the regime’s ability to threaten its neighbors, shield its regional proxies, and extract concessions from the international community.

DONALD TRUMP FACED A CHOICE THAT NO PRESIDENT SHOULD EVER HAVE TO MAKE!
Allow the threat to grow, potentially leaving future generations exposed to nuclear coercion, or confront it now, accepting the enormous economic, military, and political consequences.
In my assessment, Trump chose confrontation because he believes the cost of allowing Iran to become a nuclear power would ultimately dwarf the cost of preventing it.
What happens when an adversarial regime acquires the ability to threaten catastrophic destruction?
THE PRICE OF CONFRONTING THAT POSSIBILITY IS NOT ZERO.
It is paid through military expenditures, disrupted shipping routes, energy-market uncertainty, higher insurance costs, strained government budgets, and inflationary pressures that spread throughout the global economy.
And that brings us directly back to silver.
Silver’s collapse illustrates how inflation can punish the very assets investors purchase to protect themselves against it.

Higher oil prices raise transportation, manufacturing, and agricultural costs. Persistent inflation pressures central banks to maintain restrictive monetary policies. Higher bond yields increase the opportunity cost of holding precious metals, while a stronger dollar creates additional selling pressure.
Meanwhile, silver faces a second problem: its industrial identity.
Unlike gold, silver depends heavily on manufacturing, electronics, solar energy, and technological infrastructure. If expensive energy and restrictive monetary policy threaten economic growth, industrial demand expectations can deteriorate precisely when monetary investors are liquidating positions.
THAT IS HOW A MONETARY METAL CAN COLLAPSE DURING AN INFLATIONARY CRISIS!
My thesis is that the geopolitical conflict has created an extraordinary temporary distortion.
The longer military confrontation continues, the greater the possibility of persistent energy inflation, elevated interest rates, and additional liquidation across financial markets.
This does not mean silver’s underlying fundamentals have disappeared. Quite the opposite.
Electrification, artificial intelligence, industrial infrastructure, and constrained mine supply could eventually support another powerful bull market.
But I am increasingly convinced that geopolitical stabilization may be necessary before those fundamentals regain control of the price.
WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY INVESTMENT STRATEGY.
I am not interested in catching every falling knife. I am not interested in guessing whether silver bottoms at $54, $48, or considerably lower.
I WANT CASH. LOTS OF IT!
My strategy is to build a massive cash position while the geopolitical confrontation continues, preserving purchasing power and maintaining the flexibility to exploit extraordinary opportunities.
I am watching for a decisive reduction in Iran’s capacity to threaten its neighbors, a credible resolution of the nuclear confrontation, stabilization in energy markets, and evidence that inflationary pressures are finally receding.
The collapse of Iran’s current ruling system is THE ONLY possible outcome, but neither its timing nor the consequences for regional stability can be assumed.
FIRST, SURVIVE THE STORM. THEN, DEPLOY CAPITAL AGGRESSIVELY WHEN THE PEOPLE ARE FREED FROM THESE DERANGED LUNATICS!
When the victory eventually produces a more secure Middle East, lower energy-risk premiums, declining inflation expectations, and a more favorable monetary environment, silver will once again attract enormous investment interest.
Silver has been brought to its knees.
But I do not believe its long-term investment story is finished.
I BELIEVE THE NEXT GREAT OPPORTUNITY MAY BELONG TO THOSE WHO HAVE THE PATIENCE — AND THE CASH — TO WAIT FOR IT!
